Well as People know it, Halloween is the welcoming Festival of the dead, When people would start a fire and wear costumes to scare of the ghosts . The 8 Century Pope Gregory assigned (Labelled) 31 of October as Halloween and November the first as the day to honor the saints. In the early 20 Century Halloween costumes were geared up homemade crafted and women would make it and wear it.
